Meet Abdul
Chartered Physiotherapist, Clinical Specialist in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound & Ultrasound-Guided Injections
Abdul is an experienced physiotherapist and independent prescriber with a specialist interest in diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injections. Since qualifying in 2008, he has focused on helping people with complex joint, tendon and soft-tissue problems, working closely with GPs, rheumatologists, orthopaedic surgeons and pain specialists to support patients with persistent or multifactorial pain.
Alongside his work at The London Ultrasound Clinic, Abdul is the Clinical Lead for the Ultrasound-Guided Injection service at Barts NHS Radiology. In this role he supports advanced diagnostic imaging and contributes to high quality care across the service.
His approach is grounded in careful assessment, clear explanation and evidence-based treatment. He aims to give patients a straightforward and effective pathway, whether that involves rehabilitation guidance, targeted injections or a combination of both.
Outside the clinic, Abdul enjoys football and the gym, which gives him a personal understanding of the challenges faced by active people recovering from injury or managing ongoing pain.
