2. Eligibility

Our services are available to adults aged 18 years and over. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Patients under 18 are not accepted.

3. Services Provided

We provide professional physiotherapy, point-of-care ultrasound, and ultrasound-guided injection therapy. All services are delivered in accordance with UK healthcare regulations and guidelines. Specific details of each service will be provided during consultation or at the time of booking.

4. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when scheduling an appointment. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent by email.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for all appointments must be made at the time of booking or at the conclusion of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept card payments; cash is not accepted. Fees are published on our website and may be updated periodically.

6. Self-Funded Clinic

Our clinic operates as a self-funded private service.

7. Cancellation and Did Not Attend Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments incur the full appointment fee. Certain procedures requiring pre-ordered medication may require a non-refundable deposit.

8. Pre-Injection Diagnostic Scan

A point-of-care ultrasound scan is performed before any injection to assess the target area. This scan is necessary to confirm the suitability and safety of treatment. By attending your appointment, you consent to this scan. Findings may influence whether or how the injection is performed. If you decline the scan, the injection may not proceed and cancellation policies may apply.

9. Consent to Treatment

All treatments and procedures are medical in nature. Risks and benefits will be explained, and written consent will be obtained before treatment. You must provide accurate information about:

  • Relevant medical history
  • Current medications, including anticoagulants
  • Allergies
  • Previous reactions to injections
  • Conditions affecting suitability for treatment

With your permission, a summary may be sent to your GP.

10. What to Expect at Your Assessment

Your clinician will review your symptoms and medical history, followed by an examination of the affected area. Please bring appropriate clothing:

  • Shorts for lower-limb assessments
  • Vest or sleeveless top for upper-limb or shoulder assessments

A chaperone can be arranged if requested, and you may bring a friend or family member. After assessment, findings and proposed treatment will be explained.

11. Emergency and Urgent Care

The clinic does not provide emergency or 24-hour care. In case of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department.

12. Professional Standards

All services are provided by qualified, HCPC-registered practitioners. We adhere to the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines in delivering care.

13. Clinical Photography and Imaging

If clinical photographs or imaging are taken for training, audit, or medical records, these will be handled in compliance with GDPR. Explicit consent will be obtained before any identifiable information is processed.

14. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, you acknowledge that all treatment carries inherent risks. We are not liable for complications or adverse effects except in cases of proven negligence. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific treatment or service.
