Rishi Sharma

Rishi qualified as a physiotherapist in 2008 and has spent his career helping people with joint, tendon and soft tissue problems. He has worked across a variety of clinics and hospitals, most recently as an Advanced Clinical Specialist within a major central London NHS service. Over the years he has gained extensive experience assessing and managing complex conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle.

He is an independent prescriber with advanced training in diagnostic ultrasound and Ultrasound-Guided injections. This allows him to offer clear answers and targeted treatment within a single appointment when appropriate.

Rishi currently works as a Clinical Specialist in Diagnostic Ultrasound and plays an important role in the Ultrasound-Guided injection service at Barts NHS. His approach combines careful assessment, high-resolution imaging and precise injection techniques to provide an efficient and effective service for patients seeking rapid diagnosis and pain relief.

Alongside his clinical work, Rishi is committed to helping other clinicians grow their scanning, diagnostic and interventional skills.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys the gym, jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts, which gives him a real appreciation of sports injuries, recovery and the challenges faced by active individuals.
