Big Toe Arthritis

Stiffness and deep ache at the base of the big toe can make walking, running, or pushing off the foot uncomfortable.
Ankle Osteoarthritis

Ankle arthritis can cause stiffness, swelling, and deep aching around the joint, especially when walking or standing for long periods.
Achilles Tendinosis

Pain and stiffness at the back of the ankle, particularly in the morning or after activity, may indicate Achilles tendinosis.
Plantar Fasciitis

Sharp heel pain, particularly with the first steps in the morning, is often caused by plantar fascia overload.
Ankle Ligament Sprain

Lingering ankle pain, swelling, or instability after an injury may be due to persistent ligament sprains.
Morton’s Neuroma

Retrocalcaneal Bursitis

Pain and swelling at the back of the heel, just above the Achilles tendon, can be caused by retrocalcaneal bursitis.
Midfoot Arthritis

Aching across the top of the foot and difficulty walking on uneven surfaces may be caused by midfoot joint arthritis.
Peroneal Tendon Pain

Discomfort along the outside of the ankle, often worsened by uneven surfaces or fast walking, may be linked to peroneal tendon issues.
Tibialis Posterior Tendon Pain

Pain along the inner ankle and flattening of the arch can indicate tibialis posterior tendon overload or injury.
